Ask with no commitment

What is the minimum order?: 10 units per item and a minimum order of DKK 747.50 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only (not shipping). Below that, preparation costs more than the product and the price per unit stops making sense.
Does the price include branding?: Yes. The price you see in the catalogue already includes one-colour branding in the standard area. If you want more colours or a different technique, we'll include it in the quote.
How long does it take?: The quote takes 24 working hours. Production depends on the technique and quantity: usually two or three weeks from when you approve the mock-up.
When do I pay?: When you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production. Asking for a quote and seeing the mock-up costs nothing.
What if the branding doesn't come out like the mock-up?: We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.
Does the invoice include VAT?: Prices exclude VAT. If your company has a VAT number that VIES validates and receives the order outside Spain, the invoice carries no VAT under the reverse charge: you account for it in your country, as with any EU supplier. Deliveries in Spain carry Spanish VAT.
Can I request a sample?: Yes, and we always recommend it for electronics. A branded sample before production avoids almost all disappointments.
Do you ship abroad?: To the whole European Union. Shipping is calculated by weight and volume and is included in the quote. Outside the Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway) there are customs and duties: write to us and we'll sort it out with you.
In what format should I send the logo?: In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you if it's suitable for the branding size.
