Tell us what you need.

It doesn't matter if you have a specific idea or just the number of people and a budget per head. We will propose two or three options with a fixed price.

What you receive

The mock-up with your branding

Your logo placed on the product, in the area and size allowed by the technique. Free of charge and before you decide anything.
The fixed price

Product, branding, preparation and delivery in a single figure. No surprises when invoicing.
The delivery date

Committed in writing. If the date doesn't fit, we'll let you know before you order.

No risk for you

Free mock-up before you pay

We show you your logo on the product before you decide anything.
You pay once the design is approved

Payment is due once the design is approved, before production: when you give the go-ahead to our mock-up or, if you design it yourself and purchase on the website, when we review it. Until then, your card is only held.
If it doesn't match, we redo it

If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we redo it at no cost.
Claims within 7 days

Because it carries your brand, it can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you approved, tell us within 7 days with photos and we replace or refund it. Terms
