Cotton, RPET, jute or non-woven

Cotton is the most common choice and comes in recycled versions with GRS certification. For high-volume conferences there are lighter recycled non-woven models.

Fabric weight to suit the use

There is lightweight cotton, from 100 g/m², for handing out at events, and fabrics over 280 g/m² for a bag that gets used daily for years.

Logo print included in one colour

The catalogue price already includes one-colour printing in the standard area. Before you pay, you get a free mock-up with your logo on the bag.

Tote bags for events, shops and teams

At conferences and trade shows, the tote is the bag where attendees keep their paperwork and freebies, and it still carries your logo once they leave the venue. Some models are designed for conventions: light, modest in capacity, and easy to hand out in bulk.

For new-starter packs, shops or client gifts, heavier cotton, reinforced or zipped totes work better. Short handles are carried in the hand and long ones let you hang the bag from the shoulder, which is handy for anyone carrying a laptop or shopping.

Bag material and print technique

Most models are made from recycled material, with certificates such as GRS, OEKO-TEX or OCS depending on the fabric. Cotton takes solid colours and natural tones; RPET and non-woven are lighter and more resistant to damp.

Screen printing is the most direct technique for one- or few-colour logos on cotton. Digital transfer reproduces gradients and photographs, embroidery gives a lasting finish on heavier fabrics, and PU label or laser engraving are kept for Premium-range models.

How to choose a tote bag to print your logo on

Capacity
Up to 10 l for conference paperwork, between 10 and 25 l for everyday use and over 25 l for shopping or travel.
Cotton weight
Under 180 g/m² for handing out at events; between 180 and 280 g/m² or more if you want a bag that lasts and keeps its shape.
Handles and closure
Short handles for carrying by hand, long ones for the shoulder. If the bag will hold valuables, choose a model with a zip.
Print technique
Screen print or screen transfer for logos with few colours, digital transfer for full-colour designs and embroidery for a longer-lasting finish.

What is the minimum order for printed tote bags?

The minimum order is DKK 747.50 excl. VAT per quote, adding up all the products. If a model is only made from a minimum quantity, you can see it on each bag's product page.

Does the price include printing my logo?

Yes, the catalogue price includes one-colour printing in the standard area. If you need more colours or a different area, it is reflected in the quote.

Can I see how my logo will look before paying?

Yes, we send you a free mock-up with your logo placed on the bag. You only pay once you approve the mock-up, before production.

How long does production take?

The timing depends on the print technique and the quantity, and it is shown on each product page in working days to your country.

Are there recycled and certified tote bags?

Yes, most models are made from recycled material. There are bags with GRS, OEKO-TEX, OCS and amfori BSCI certificates, shown on each product page.

Can I order a sample before placing my order?

Yes, samples can be ordered before production. That way you can check the fabric, the weight and the size of the bag.
