Cotton or technical polyester
There are 100% cotton models for everyday wear and technical polyester models for sport and outdoor activities. Some are made from recycled material.

Every t-shirt in this selection is OEKO-TEX certified. That is worth having when a company is handing them out, especially in kids' sizes.

Fabric and print method
The technical polyester models, such as Bahrain, Imola or Montecarlo, weigh between 135 and 150 g/m² and are designed for sport. The cotton ones, such as Beagle, Dogo Premium or Capri, have a more classic feel for everyday wear.
On cotton, screen printing or embroidery is the usual choice; on white or light polyester, sublimation; and for logos with lots of colours, digital transfer or screen-print transfer. Before you pay, you get a free mock-up with your logo placed on the t-shirt.
How to choose affordable custom t-shirts
- Fabric for the job
- Go for 100% cotton for events, the office or gifts, and technical polyester for runs, tournaments and activities where people sweat.
- Fabric weight
- T-shirts up to 160 g/m² are light and cool; those from 160 to 220 g/m² feel sturdier and last through more washes.
- Cut and sleeve
- There are models for men, women, kids and unisex, almost all with a crew neck, with short sleeves or sleeveless for sport and summer.
- Print method
- Screen printing suits logos with few colours, embroidery gives a hard-wearing finish, sublimation works with polyester and digital transfer reproduces gradients.
