Fabric with body for embroidery

Many of the totes are cotton or canvas, with weights of over 280 g/m2. A thick fabric holds the stitches better, so the embroidery stays firm.

Mostly recycled materials

Most models use recycled material, such as recycled cotton or rPET. Many hold certifications such as GRS, amfori BSCI or OEKO-TEX.

From tote to briefcase

There are totes, conference bags, messenger bags, briefcases, laptop sleeves and travel bags. You can choose the format to suit the use and the people it is for.

For trade shows, events and teams

An embroidered tote works at trade shows, conferences and welcome bags: it goes over the shoulder with long handles or in the hand with short ones, and it keeps being used after the event.

For staff or onboarding kits, briefcases, laptop sleeves and travel bags are a better fit, with a document compartment, front pocket and zip fastening.

Material and marking

Cotton and canvas give the embroidery a natural finish; the polyester and nylon of briefcases and travel bags stand up well to daily use. There are also jute and synthetic leather models.

Besides embroidery, depending on the model, bags can be marked with screen printing, screen transfer, digital transfer, laser engraving or a PU label. The catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area.

How to choose embroidered bags

Type of bag
A tote for events and bulk giveaways; a briefcase, laptop sleeve or messenger bag for professional use; a canvas travel bag for teams on the move.
Material and weight
For embroidery, cotton or canvas of medium or heavy weight is best. If you want strength and low weight, go for polyester or nylon.
Capacity and fastening
There are models under 10 litres, from 10 to 25 and over 25. Decide whether you need a zip, front pocket, bottle holder or document compartment.
Marking technique
Embroidery gives relief and durability. If the logo has a lot of detail or gradients, consider digital transfer; for a discreet finish on briefcases, a PU label or laser engraving.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is DKK 747.50 excl. VAT per quote, adding up all the products. Some models are made from a minimum quantity; where that applies, it is shown on the product page. Each product page gives the price with marking by quantity.

Can I see how the embroidery will look before paying?

Yes. We send you a free simulation with your logo placed on the bag, and you only pay once you approve it, before production.

What format should I send my logo in?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. With that file we prepare the simulation and the embroidery.

How long does production take?

The lead time depends on the marking technique and the quantity, and it is shown on each product page in working days to the country. We do not give one general figure.

Can I ask for a sample?

Yes, samples can be requested before production. That way you can check the fabric and the size of the bag.

What happens if the embroidery comes out wrong?

If the marking is faulty or does not match the approved simulation, it is redone at no cost.
