Cotton with enough body to embroider

Fabric weights run from 180 to 280 g/m2 and above 280 g/m2. A thick fabric holds the stitches better, so the embroidery sits flat.

Recycled and certified cotton

Most models are made from recycled material. Depending on the model, certifications include GRS, OCS, OEKO-TEX and amfori BSCI.

Short or long handles

Choose short handles for carrying by hand or long ones to wear over the shoulder. There are also zipped models and canvas travel bags.

Who embroidered canvas bags are for

An embroidered bag is handed out at trade shows and conferences, tucked into a new starter's welcome kit or given to clients. Because it goes to the shops, the gym or the office, your logo is seen out and about again and again.

For events, medium-sized totes of 10 to 25 litres work well. If you want a gift for teams or company trips, bags over 25 litres and canvas travel bags take a heavier load.

Material and branding

All the bags are made of cotton, mostly recycled, in weights from light up to above 280 g/m2. Some have reinforced handles and others close with a zip.

Embroidery adds texture and holds up wash after wash. If your design has gradients or a lot of fine detail, you can also have it marked by screen printing, screen transfer or digital transfer. Before you pay, you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the bag.

How to choose an embroidered canvas bag

Fabric weight
For embroidery, a cotton of 180 g/m2 or more is best. Below 180 g/m2 the bag is lighter and cheaper, and suits screen printing or transfer better.
Capacity
Up to 10 litres for small gift bags, 10 to 25 litres for everyday use and over 25 litres for big shopping trips or travel.
Handle type and closure
Short handles for carrying by hand, long ones for the shoulder. If the contents need protecting, look for a model with a zip.
Certifications
If your company asks for sustainability criteria, filter by recycled cotton with GRS or OCS, or by OEKO-TEX and amfori BSCI.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is DKK 747.50 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only and not delivery. You can reach it with a single model or by combining several.

Can I see how the embroidery will look before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo on the bag, and you only pay once you approve it, before production. You can also ask for samples.

What format should I send my logo in?

Preferably vector: SVG, AI or PDF. That way the design adapts well to embroidery or any other branding method.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the branding method and the quantity. The lead time in working days is shown on each product page.

Does the price include the branding?

The catalogue price includes one-colour branding in the standard position. Your quote shows the exact cost of your embroidery.

What happens if the embroidery comes out wrong?

If the branding is faulty or does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.
