Light and knock-resistant

Plastic doesn't break the way ceramic does, so the mug copes with travel, backpacks and handing out at events. It is a good choice for gifts in large runs.

For hot and cold drinks

Some models are made for both cold and hot drinks, others for hot drinks only, and there is a thermal option. Check the drink use on each model's page.

Full-colour branding

With 360° digital print the design wraps around the mug; with circular screen printing or pad printing, the logo stays sharp in one or a few colours. The price already includes one-colour branding in the standard area.

Where a custom plastic mug works

In the office, a 300 ml plastic mug is an everyday item seen at every meeting and every coffee break. It also fits welcome packs for new starters and works as a gift for clients who visit your stand.

For events, concerts or outdoor days, the 500 ml reusable cup replaces the single-use one and goes home as a keepsake. Being light, the mugs can be handed out to teams, volunteers or attendees without worrying about breakages.

Material and branding techniques

Every model in the list is plastic, several of them polypropylene (PP). There is a recycled-material option and another with amfori BSCI certification, in case your company takes this into account when buying.

To brand them you can choose circular screen printing, pad printing, UV digital print, 360° digital print, laser engraving or resin dome, depending on the model. Before you pay you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the mug; if the branding comes out faulty or doesn't match what you approved, it is redone at no cost.

How to choose your custom plastic mug

Capacity
Most models are 300 ml, the usual size for a cup of coffee or tea. For events and cold drinks, the 500 ml reusable cup gives more volume.
Drink use
Check whether the model is for hot and cold drinks or hot drinks only. If you need to keep the temperature, look for the thermal option.
Branding technique
360° digital print covers the whole circumference and handles full-colour designs; circular screen printing and pad printing suit logos in a few colours. Laser engraving and resin dome depend on the model.
Material and certifications
If your company prioritises sustainability or supply chain standards, filter by recycled material or amfori BSCI certification. Most of the mugs come without a lid.
