The cardboard and extras
Micro-flute for most, B-flute or double wall for heavy shipping, paperboard for fine cases or lined rigid for the premium box. In kraft, white or black.

Review and proof
We review the design on the die-cut (bleeds, text away from folds, resolution) and send you the proof with the finalised quote.

Approval and printing
You approve the proof (you have 2 days) and manufacturing begins. We print short runs digitally and long runs in offset or flexo: whichever is cheaper for your quantity, with the same colour.

Cutting and creasing
With laser, from 5 boxes and no tooling. With die-cut, from 100: it is made once, stored for the next run and each box becomes cheaper. The rigid box is assembled by hand (4 more days) and large runs add 2 days for every 10,000 boxes.

Flat-packed and palletised
The boxes travel flat: they take up less space and cost less in shipping. In packages or on pallets, depending on the quantity.

Mailer
FEFCO 0427
Folds together with no glue or tape: double side walls that roll in and a lid with a tuck flap. The box for e-commerce and welcome packs.

Slotted carton
FEFCO 0201
Four flaps top and bottom, closed with tape. The most economical for shipping and volume.

Tuck end
ECMA A20
Folding carton with tuck flaps at top and bottom. Products, cosmetics, gourmet.

Lid and base
FEFCO 0320
Two trays: the base and a lid that covers it. The classic gift box.

Drawer
A tray that slides inside a sleeve, like a matchbox. An opening with real impact.

Black rigid
Grey rigid board wrapped in matt black paper, with a magnetic lid. Personalised with gold, silver, copper or white foil.
The Right Board for Every Use
- E-flute micro corrugated · 1.5 mm. The standard for custom boxes: lightweight with a good printing surface.
- B-flute · 3 mm. More resistant for shipping.
- BC double wall · 7 mm. For heavy loads and pallets.
- Folding board 350 gsm. Small boxes, fine touch.
