Laser engraving that won't wear off

The laser marks your logo into the metal surface itself, with no ink. It doesn't fade with use or rub off in a pocket.

Recycled stainless steel

A good part of the range is made from recycled material, and several models carry RCS certification. A good fit for companies that care where their gifts come from.

Gift sets and boxes

Besides the single pen, there are pen and rollerball sets, pen and pencil sets and multi-piece gift boxes. They arrive ready to hand over.

A corporate gift that gets used every day

An engraved metal pen stays on the office desk, in a jacket pocket or in the meeting folder. That is why it works as a client gift, a year-end thank-you, a present for directors or part of the welcome kit for new joiners.

Gift boxes and sets are the choice when the pen is the main gift: conferences, contract signings, anniversaries or internal awards. Single steel models suit sales teams and events where more pieces are handed out.

Material and marking: metal, aluminium and laser

Most models are metal or aluminium, finished in black, grey, silver, green or brown, and some combine the barrel with wood or bamboo. The most common mechanism is twist action; there are also cap and push-button pens. The ink is usually blue, with black and other colours available on some models.

Laser engraving removes the paint layer or marks the metal, leaving the logo in a silver or matt tone depending on the finish. Some models accept 360° laser engraving around the barrel. The price on each product page already includes one-colour marking in the standard area, and before you pay you receive a free mock-up with your logo.

How to choose luxury engraved pens

Single or boxed
For events or teams, a single steel pen. For a client or director gift, a pen and rollerball set or a multi-piece gift box.
Barrel colour and engraving contrast
On painted barrels in black, grey, green or brown, the laser leaves the logo in a metallic tone that stands out more. On silver or bare steel, the engraving is more discreet and understated.
Mechanism and ink
Twist action is the most common mechanism in this range; there are also cap and push-button models. Check the ink colour on the product page: most write in blue and some in black.
Recycled material and certifications
If your company asks for it, choose recycled stainless steel models with RCS certification, or boxes with FSC certification.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about luxury engraved pens

If yours is not here, write to us. People answer, not an automatic form.

Ask with no commitmentSee how it worksAll frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. The minimum order is DKK 747.50 excl. VAT per quote, counting only the products and not delivery. You can get there with a single model or by combining several.

Can I see how my engraved logo looks before paying?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo on the pen, and you only pay once you have approved it, before production.

What logo format do you need for laser engraving?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. Laser engraving is single-tone, so the logo is reproduced in one colour.

Can I order samples?

Yes, samples can be requested before the order goes into production. They are useful for checking the weight, the finish and how the pen writes.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the marking technique and the quantity. The lead time in working days is on each product page, and the quote arrives within 24 working hours.

What happens if the engraving comes out wrong?

If the marking is faulty or doesn't match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.
