Ceramic, plastic and how each one is marked

Ceramic mugs are microwave safe and many work for both hot and cold drinks. There are matt finishes, coloured interiors and models prepared for sublimation, such as the Pix or the Pic. Plastic ones are lighter and can also be marked.

Your logo is applied by circular screen printing, pad printing, sublimation or laser engraving, depending on the model. Before you pay you get a free mock-up with your logo on the mug, and for that it helps to send it as a vector file: SVG, AI or PDF.

How to choose personalised cheap mugs

Material
Ceramic is the usual choice for the office and is microwave safe. Plastic is lighter and handy when the mug will travel or be handed out at events.
Capacity and use
For coffee or espresso a small mug fits; for tea or long drinks, one of 330 to 350 ml. Check on the product page whether the model is for hot drinks or for both hot and cold.
Marking technique
Sublimation reproduces full-colour designs on models prepared for it. Circular screen printing wraps around the mug, pad printing suits small logos and laser engraving leaves a discreet mark.
Colour and finish
You can choose white, black or coloured mugs, with a matt finish or a coloured interior on some models. Pick a shade that contrasts with your logo.

What is the minimum order for personalised mugs?

The minimum order is DKK 747.50 excl. VAT per quote, adding up all the products on the quote. Each model is ordered separately. If a model is made from a minimum quantity, this is stated on the product page.

Does the price include marking the logo?

Yes, the catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area. The exact price with marking appears on each product page.

Can I see how my logo looks before paying?

Yes, we send you a free mock-up with your logo placed on the mug. You pay once you approve the mock-up, before production.

Can the mugs go in the microwave?

Most of the ceramic models are microwave safe. Each product page says whether the model is.

How long does production take?

Usually two to three weeks from when the mock-up is approved. It depends on the marking technique and the quantity.

Can I ask for a sample before the order?

Yes, samples can be requested before production. Your quote arrives within 24 working hours, with no obligation.
