Weight makes the difference

There are lightweight totes under 180 g/m², mid-weight ones from 180 to 280 g/m² and heavy canvas over 280 g/m². The heavier the cotton, the more body and the more years of use.

Recycled and certified cotton

Many models use recycled cotton, with certifications such as GRS, OCS or OEKO-TEX. That is useful information if your company has sustainability targets.

Long or short handles

Long handles let you carry the bag over the shoulder; short ones are for carrying by hand. Choose according to whether it will be used for shopping or as an event bag.

Where cotton tote bags work

Material and printing

All of them are cotton, and the listing also includes a poly-cotton model. Lower-weight bags are light and affordable for handing out in volume; heavier ones take more weight and more washes.

Screen printing and screen transfer give flat, solid colours on the fabric; digital transfer reproduces gradients and full-colour logos; embroidery gives a raised, longer-lasting finish. The catalogue price already includes one-colour printing in the standard area.

How to choose printed canvas tote bags

Weight for the use
Under 180 g/m² for handing out at events; 180 to 280 g/m² for everyday use; over 280 g/m² if you want a sturdy bag that lasts for years.
Capacity
Up to 10 litres for documents and small gifts, 10 to 25 litres for the shopping or a trade show, and over 25 litres for carrying more volume.
Recycled material and certifications
If the origin of the cotton matters to you, filter by recycled material and look for certifications such as GRS, OCS, OEKO-TEX or amfori BSCI on the product page.
Printing technique
Screen printing or screen transfer for logos with few colours, digital transfer for full-colour designs and embroidery for a more refined finish.
